Check-in :

• Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
• Early or late check-in is subject to availability.
• Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.

Check-Out :

• Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• A late check-out fee of $40 will apply (for departures after 12:00 PM).

Children:

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• No children under 18 allowed in hallways or outdoor areas without an adult after 10:00PM.

Pet Policy:

• Dogs & Cats are allowed.
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of $10 per pet/night.
• Dogs must be leashed at all times and may not be left alone in the room.
• A maximum of 2 well behaved pets allowed per room, pets can be 90lbs or less.

Smoking Fee:

• A $200 fee will be charged for smoking in any non-smoking room or area.

Parking Lot:

• No mechanical or repair work allowed.
• Non-working vehicles may not remain for more than 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

• Guests may cancel for free if done more than 24 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will incur a charge for one night, regardless of the length of the stay.

No-Show Policy:

• In case of a no-show, 100% of the first night's stay will be charged.
