Check-in / Check-out:

• Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM. If you wish to check in early, an additional fee of $20-$30 will be charged based on the extra hours for checking in before 3:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee of $20-$30 will be charged for extensions based on the extra hours.
• Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability.

Property Payments Types:

• Coratel Inn & Suites by Jasper Inver Grove Heights accepts Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express and Cash. We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

• A deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full of cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Cancellation Policy:

• Guest can cancel reservation for free with more than 24 hours prior notice.
